Erica Shepler Romero

Erica is a spiritual director for Christians who live and serve at the intersections of culture, the community, and God’s healing in the world. She is passionate about seeing the uniqueness of each person that she companions while holding curiosity and compassion for their lived experience, and listening for their unique callings in the world. Having engaged in community and church ministry, advocacy, and student ministry for over 30 years, she understands the complexity and challenges of today’s ministerial work. Together she & her husband are active in a bi-lingual church and are raising two amazing teenagers –who also keep them busy! Her
heart is to provide gracious, emotionally healthy spaces for questions, healing, and discernment in a complex world. (Erica completed a 3-year Art of Spiritual Direction program and is currently finishing her M.A. in Pastoral Theology with a Spiritual Direction Concentration.)
