Karen Cartmell

I graduated with an MA in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from the Institute for Spiritual Formation, Talbot Seminary. I love meeting with those who are learning to live into the fullness of the abundant life in Christ. I have three married children and a wonderful husband of 39 years. My husband and I have been volunteer staff with Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) for more than 30 years. I give spiritual direction in Bakersfield, California, at Biola University/Talbot Seminary in the LA area, and to Christian workers in other countries by Zoom. I recently completed a 9 unit Certificate in Trauma from the Wheaton College Counseling and Mental Health program. I feel blessed to use my gifts and training as a spiritual director.
