Stephen A. Macchia

Stephen A. Macchia is founder and president of Leadership Transformations, Inc., director of the Pierce Center for Disciple-Building at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and the author of 16 books, including The Discerning Life (Zondervan), Crafting a Rule of Life (IVP), and Becoming a Healthy Church (A Baker best-seller). He lives in eastern Massachusetts with his wife Ruth and is the proud father of Rebekah, Nathan, daughter in-love Ashley, and Papa to Brenna, Aiden, and Carson.
